What makes your products superior to other brands?

All of our products are made to order, in small batches, of less than 50, every day. We ensure highly quality, and longevity of use, by not mass producing any of our products. We also work with local suppliers, to source the best, all natural ingredients. To ensure the highest quality, we source elderberry from 4 different regions, including Europe.

Our company has a Food Handling Certificate from the state of North Carolina, and is insured as a Health & Food business, which ensures that we are properly certified to produce and sell edible products.

Are your products made in house, or sourced from a third party?

All of our products are created and made by our team, at All Natural Immune Support. Our Chef and Nutritionist are responsible for creating our innovative products. We source all raw ingredients, and insure they are of the highest standard.

Do you have to refrigerate the non-dry, immune support products?

Yes! All of our products have been formulated to safely ship in unrefrigerated packaging. However, once you receive the products, please refrigerate. 

 

ELDERBERRY

How much Elderberry Lemonade can I drink at once?

Our lemonades are formulated for you to enjoy, much like any other refreshing beverage. You can drink as much, or as little as you want. Each 16oz bottle contains 1.5 does of elderberry lemonade.

How much Elderberry Syrup should I take at once?

We recommend taking 1 tablespoon daily, for ongoing immune support.

Can I use Elderberry Syrup like normal syrup?

Yes! We encourage our customers to try our elderberry with other meals. Elderberry syrup, on your pancakes, a win!

How long does the Elderberry Syrup last?

Elderberry Syrup is best used within 1 month. Each jar of Elderberry Syrup has a use by date that can guide you.

 

SEA MOSS

Where do you source your Sea Moss from?

The Sea Moss that we use to create our Sea Moss gel is sourced from various islands in the Caribbean. We always source from natural waters, never from pool farms.

How much Sea Moss Gel should I use at once?

We recommend taking 1-2 tablespoons of Sea Moss Gel, daily. Feel free to add the gel to your breakfast smoothie, protein shake, oatmeal, or any other meal or drink. You can also take the tablespoon by mouth.

What does Sea Moss taste like?

Sea Moss has a very light sea/ocean water taste. When mixed with other ingredients, you cannot taste it at all.

How long does the Sea Moss Gel last?

Sea Moss Gel is best used within 1 month. Each jar of Sea Moss has a use by date that can guide you.

Can I use the Sea Moss Gel as a face mask?

The practice of using Sea Moss Gel has been around for centuries, and is utilized in many different ways. A recent trend that is growing is the usage of Sea Moss gel, as a face mask. Sea Moss has a myriad of benefits that work help the skin, due to the large amount of vitamins and minerals that it is composed of that helps the skin retain moisture. It is high in antiviral and antimicrobial functions that help balance the skin microbiome, while the sulfur principles assist in decreasing the production of oil in the skin.

How long does it take to receive a reply, when contacting customer service?

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Are the products shipped in refrigerated packaging?

Our product formulations ensure that each product can safely travel via shipping carrier, without refrigerated packaging, and maintain its integrity. Please refrigerate all products, once you receive. 

How long is order processing?

Order processing is typically 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Which shipping carriers do you utilize?

UPS and USPS are the only carriers that we utilize. Please ensure that you can accept packages from both carriers, with the mailing address that you input at check out.

How long does shipping take?

All shipping takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Can you rush deliver my order?

Please contact us if you would like a rush delivery.

What do I do if my order has been shipped, but is delayed, or lost?

If your tracking number shows that your package has not been delivered, and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Once you have contacted the shipping carrier, feel free to contact us at info@allnaturalimmunesupport.com, and we would be happy to assist you with any additional concerns.

Will I get a refund if the shipping carrier delays, or loses my package?

All Natural Immune Support is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. If your package is lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier ASAP, and file a missing package claim. All packages are insured up to $100, in the rare case that your package cannot be located. All reimbursement claims must be handled with the carrier.
